What can I do to make sure the mold does not come back again?

Answered By Maye Teasdale, Editor

The best thing to do to make sure that the mold doesn’t come back is by keeping the place dry and moisture-free. Always clean places and try to practice disinfection techniques to ensure that no mold will grow ever again.

Giving the places with good and enough ventilation may help. This will help keep places dry. Always check for mold growth and if you notice some, try to clean it as early as possible.

Make sure the ground slopes away from the building foundation so that water does not enter or collect around the foundation. This will eliminate the possibility of moist production.
